In our sector of activity, we are in perpetual relationship with these local and village communities, we live and feel these more than essential needs with them. This is why we have created our social component which aims to help fill this gap at our level. An impulse from the heart,

1 – NEIGHBORHOOD CHILDREN
Tour Malin Madagascar / Madavoyages has been involved in supporting education and providing school supplies to local children since 2011.
2 – THE VILLAGE ARAGNANA IN THE PANGALANES (EAST)
In 2012, Tour Malin Madagascar / Madavoyages, supported by a precious group of Friends, former travelers of Tour Malin Madagascar, and Sylvain, the manager of the PALMARIUM hotel located in Ankanin'ny Nofy, agreed to build a School in a village (Aaragnana).
TODAY we have:
- A total of 7 classrooms welcoming around a hundred students each year, with all the necessary equipment (tables, benches – offices – storage – stationery – tableaux – ….)
- 3 teachers and an assistant
- Built toilets for the children of the school and the village
- Built 3 housing huts for the 3 teachers
- Set up a library
- Providing school supplies for teachers and students since 2013
- Created a pilot site for organic cultivation within the school
- Provided technicians for training and support on permaculture and livestock farming (today, with around a hundred beneficiaries trained and committed, around 15 villages affected by the project)
- Regularly provided with various medications for basic care
- Provided various supplies for cleanliness: brooms, bucket, soaps, etc.
- Contributed to teachers' salaries
- Contributed to travel costs for teachers for training and for children for official exams
- Granted various PPNs including bags of rice, bags of seeds, cans of cooking oil, bags of sugar, boxes of pasta, boxes of biscuits, etc.
- Aware of respect for the environment and cleanliness
- Encouraged the creation of various local associations: association of young people who work to raise awareness and participation in essential activities of daily life – association of “mothers” for assistance to mothers and children – association of villagers for common work
- Raised awareness of sustainable and long-term agriculture: creation of nurseries, fruit tree plantations, etc.
- Led workshops with the children: drawings, story reading, etc.
