The morning begins with a visit to the Akany Avoko boarding house-orphanage, a structure which welcomes and supports children from difficult backgrounds. You will discover their school and educational integration program, interact with those responsible and understand the concrete impact of their action. The visit continues outside the town, in the Dieudonnée artistic ironwork workshop. This social project trains and employs young people from disadvantaged neighborhoods, offering them a real job and a prospect for the future. You will discover remarkable know-how where creativity and social commitment meet.

At the end of the day, time for conviviality with a Malagasy cooking workshop alongside a local chef. After the market and the preparation of traditional dishes, you will taste your own creation. A gourmet immersion which ends this day rich in encounters and meaning.
