Your day begins as you leave your hotel. Depart by car and head for the east of the island on the 02 national highway. We'll make a few stops en route for photos and breaks. We'll stop off at the Peireyras private nature reserve. The island is renowned for its diversity of fauna, and this will be an opportunity to discover the wonders of Madagascar's herpetology. Continuing eastwards after almost an hour and a half of sightseeing, we reach the rainforest town of Andasibe. After lunch (free), visit the Vakôna wildlife reserve, a group of islets home to several varieties of lemur, including the most emblematic of them all, the famous maki. After this first section, continue on to discover the second: the crocodile lakes. Transfer to your hotel in the late afternoon, surrounded by tropical greenery. Difficulty of the Analamazaotra reserve discovery hike: 2--/5 A day to discover nature in all its splendour. The eastern forest is home to over 65% of the island's biodiversity. An incursion with a local guide will help you understand and discover this wealth. You'll discover the famous indri-indri, the most emblematic of the eastern lemurs, and other equally interesting species. This forest is called the eastern rainforest because it rains an average of 250 days a year. Lunch (Free) FREE in the afternoon to enjoy the hotel and a quiet rest in nature. Dinner (Free).
