Day 1: Antananarivo - Nosy Be
Day 1: Antananarivo - Nosy Be

Depending on the flight schedule, transfer to Antananarivo airport and flight to Nosy Be. On arrival, welcome and transfer to your hotel located by the sea. Installation and first discovery of the island of perfumes in a peaceful tropical atmosphere.

Day 2: Nosy Be – Discovery of the hinterland and Mont Passot
Day 2: Nosy Be – Discovery of the hinterland and Mont Passot

Departure after breakfast to explore the hinterland of Nosy Be. Crossing traditional villages and discovering the ylang-ylang plantations and essential oil distilleries for which the island is renowned. Visit to cultural and sacred sites such as the sacred banyan trees, witnesses of ancestral Malagasy traditions. At the end of the afternoon, climb Mont Passot, the highest point of the island, to admire one of the most beautiful sunsets on the archipelago.

Day 3: Nosy Be – Excursion to Nosy Sakatia

Departure by traditional canoe to reach Nosy Sakatia, nicknamed the orchid island. This small tropical island is home to numerous spice plantations and lush vegetation. Walk through villages and trails to discover tropical flora and local life. Possibility of snorkeling in the calm waters of the island before a picnic lunch under the coconut trees.

Day 4: Nosy Be – Lokobe Reserve

Excursion to the Lokobe nature reserve, one of the last primary forests in Nosy Be. Crossing by canoe through the mangrove then hiking in the tropical forest in search of lemurs, chameleons and other endemic species. Return to the hotel in the afternoon to enjoy the seaside.

Day 5: Nosy Komba - Nosy Tanikely

Excursion to the neighboring islands of Nosy Be. First stop at Nosy Komba, a volcanic island covered in tropical vegetation where lemurs live. Discovery of the artisan village and the landscapes of the island. Continue to Nosy Tanikely, a marine reserve renowned for the richness of its coral reefs. Snorkeling in the turquoise waters and picnic lunch facing the sea.

Day 6: Nosy Iranja – The paradise islands

Departure by boat to Nosy Iranja, one of the jewels of the archipelago. Two islands connected by a spectacular spit of white sand that appears at low tide. Swimming, snorkeling and relaxing on this heavenly beach. Picnic lunch under the coconut trees before returning to Nosy Be in the afternoon.

Free days to fully enjoy the tropical setting of Nosy Be. Relax on the white sand beaches, swim in the warm waters of the Mozambique Channel or optional excursions to discover the villages and landscapes of the island.
